ok...christmas... big weight losess, eating cookies.... feeling pretty good... well its all starting to catch up with me, i crave sweets so bad it is starting to feel like it did before surgery, food is starting to control me again.. i need to kind of detox myself of these cravings, do you think it will be ok for me to have only protien shakes for 3 days to get back on track? my husband is afraid i wont be getting enough carbs, i just wante your input, its 1 year and 2 months for me, an im own 206 lbs, only 33 more to goal, i wont stop now!!! ~erinn
