How do I get rid of the skin sores on the lower stomach where the excess skin is now?

I am at 7 1/2 months post op and for the last 2 months have been experiencing a burn like sore on my lower stomach under my stomach roll. Not sure what to do to get rid of it. I have been using Gold Bond Medicated Wipes for about a month and it helps some, but doesn't take it away completely. It is extremely itchy and bleeds on the surface sometimes. Any help is awesome!!
