Has anyone else suffered the loss of old friends after WLS?

I guess I would have thought my old friends would support me. Two of my old friends have dropped me since my 60 lb weight loss (I'm 4 months post op), saying that they don't want to be my friend. I'm feeling a little lost and lonely.
