9 mths out what is everyone eating at 9 months?

Hi, I am 9 mths post op as of yesterday of having lap rny and was wonderign how much and what everyone else is able to eat at this stage, cuz now I know that our bodies are able to eat more at once, but I feel like that sometimes Ia m able to eat alot. Like, yesterday just for lunch, I had a whole ham sandwich and a banana. Usually, Ican only eat half of one, but not then so I was worried that now Ia m eating too much. Please tell me how much you are all able to eat at this stage cuz I don't want ot be be messing up and stretching out my pouch! thanks so much you guys are so helpful!
