Anyone get HEALTH ASSURANCE to pay for reconstructive surgery

Okay, I am about 4 months out and dont know if I will even need reconstructive surgery. My insurance takes so long getting things done, I thought I might need a running start. Has anyone had tummy, thighs, arms or boobs paid for by Health Assurance (PA)? I didn't see much on the insurance page. Thanks
