Am I a loser?

I'm 9 weeks and 2 days out of surgery for a loss of nearly 30 pounds. Anyone else lost this little? I'm grateful for the loss, but lost nearly the same amount dieting for the surgery, with no surgery help. I started at 254 on June 1st, weighed 225 pounds five days before surgery, pigged out for my final 5 days, and day of surgery, August 18, was 230 pounds
