Has anyone had pain at the site where their drain tube was?

My Dr pulled my gastrotomy tube 2 days ago. It's really uncomfortable to lie down. I take a pain pill at bedtime and it wakes me up early because it is hurting again. I don't have fever and its not red. Has anyone else experienced pain after the tube was pulled? It really did'nt bother me too much until after he pulled it out. Thanks.
