Anyone recommend a Military Doc for Lap RNY

I had the consultation with a civilian surgeon here in Germany, but now Tricare has denied my approval after the first letter. My PCM feels that I do meet the criteria. So, now I am looking for a Military Doc that will do the surgery without my having to go through Tricare Europe. My BMI is just shy of 40 and I am having all sorts of problems due to my weight. Please help anyone!!
