Can everyone please help me with food issues?

Hi, I am now 6 mths post-op and now I am able to eat more thruout the day. I try to eat at least 4-5 meals aday! Some days it is hard too, and some days it is very easy to eat that much I am still only eating small amounts at eash meal though, but I feel like on those days I am just consuming too much food! Can everyone give me an idea on how much and what they eat at 6 mths post-op thanks a alot ie really helps with evaluate with my food intake!
