Lightweight or Heavyweight, is there a percentage formula for judging weight loss
Since we are all different, many of us being lightweights as opposed to heavyweights and vice-versa, is there a percentage scale that shows by percent how much weight we should lose at certain points instead of by pounds? That way we can judge how much weight we as individuals should expect to lose(i.e. - 10% of EBW at 1 month, 15% at two months, etc.) and not get discouraged because we might not have lost as many "pounds" as the next person, but may have lost the same percentage. Kinda like the BMI figure. Any ideas?
