Is there a FREE search on the web where we can check the Doc's record?

When I was pre-op... I had a website where you can enter the doctor's information and you can search a database to see if they have had any malpractice issues or license problems. I cant remember what that site is and I cant fint it on this LIBRARY. Can anyone email it to me please?
