Any substitute for the Proteinex for the DS patient

I have been taking the Proteinex for two months and it is the worse thing I have ever taken. I have a great problem with its taste and will even skip a dose when I know that I should not. After I swallow the Proteinex I will place a slice of lemon in my mouth. Hope someone can help me because I truly dread taking a dose.
