untted health care insurance & plastic surgery

Has anyone out there been approved for plastic surgery after gastric bypass surgery ? United is telling me they dont cover but they also told me they dont cover the by-pass, but I see where they have approved others. I had my surgery with another insurance co but have recently changed to United Health Care. Please email me at [email protected]
