Bc/Bs of AL - I know they are paying for some but how?

I had my consultation with the plastic surgeon today. I've had such a peace about the whole thing. Just like with the bypass surgery. So, when his office manager told me she wouldn't even submit the abdominoplasty OR the arms to the insurance you can imagine my complete despair. The total cost will be almost $14,000. There is NO WAY I can do that. Is there any one out there who has Bc/BS of Alabama that got any of it paid for? I live in Montgomery, if you know of a good plastic surgeon who would be willing to help me with insurance issues tell me. Please help! Thanks !
