Plastic surgeons in Maine?

I live in Florida now but I'm from Maine. I'll be returning home in July and since I'm considering a TT and Florida is soooo expensive, I'm hoping to do it while I'm home. Can anyone suggest good Plastic surgeons, maybe in Lewiston/Auburn or Portland and do you have any idea what the charges are?
