Exercise for saddlebags (upper outer thigh)
I have an hour glass shape to my body, which i do like. However since i have lost 144 pounds, i have noticed my upper outer thighs are not going down. When i put on a bathing suit it looks really weird being it really sticks out esp. when standing still (will be wearing swimming shorts for sure!). I still weigh 220 and am losing much slower (surgery was 2/22/02). My question is, do any of you know of specific exercises for this problem area to help it go down? Any help is appreciated!
