How do I get the supplies to give myself B12 shots?

Please let me know what I need to do to get the syringes and vials for B12 shots. Don't want to pay $15 for each visit to the Doctor to get a shot. Thanks!! (I am 5.5 weeks post-op. Start 277/Current 257)
