Help. PLEASE!!! I received a letter from Aetna today, they need more info.

I am so stressed out! I have been waiting 3 weeks for approval. Today, I got the letter asking for more info. I was maticulous about crossing all my T's & dotting all my I's. Since 1-1-03, they have become much more strict on what they NEED. A PCP letter is no longer enough. Now they want all of my medical records with diet history (again), proof that I have been followinig a physican supervised diet for at least 6 months , meaning the actual DR.'s office notes, as well as proof that I have been seeing a nutritionalist (!!!!!),& proof that I have been on an exercise program!!!! I just got my ins. as of 1-1-03. So, I am seeing a new PCP that accepts Aetna. I have only seen her 1 time, to get my referral. The previous DR. I saw for 8 months, only 2 or 3 times. Before that I went to the county health center..... YADDY,YADDY!!!! More work & frustration. Please send me some words of wisdom, consolation & prayers. Thank you.
