Were you diagnosed with a heart valve problems after pre-op testing?

During my pre-op tests they may have found a problem with my heart's aortic valve. They aren't 100% sure yet, but more tests to come. Of course I took Fen-Phen. Is there any diet trick I DIDN'T try? I wonder if this has come up with anyone else and what happened. I wonder if I can still have the surgery.
