Is it normal to be naseauted and sleepy?

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op. I get naseauted drinking anything but water and food also makes me naseauous. In addition I am very tired and take 2-3 naps a day. Is this normal? I had a rough post op with pneumonia and a blood infection so I am not sure if this is normal or not.
