HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO BE APPROVED BY HEALTH NET???

My PCP has recommended that I have Gastric Bypass Surgery, I have a surgeon and have had all my prestesting work done, I am just so worried that my insurance company will not cover me I have been told by doctor's I am a prime canidate will all my ailments and a BMI of 54 but I am still nervous. Any suggestions?????
