Support Group in SW Florida- Naples Area

This question is for those SW Florida/Naples. I'm looking for a support group near here. My surgeon & his support group is in Clearwater, and it's too far for me to be able to get to regularly. So, I'm hoping there is one in Naples or Bonita Springs or Ft. Myers so I can go. Anyone?
