Anyone have surgery w/ 1 ins. and then have plastic surg w/ another?

I just hit my 7 mo. mark last week and am down 146 lbs, which is great-but I am just worried about plastic surgery. My current job stinks and I am considering finding another one but am curious if it matters when I do go ahead and try to get approved for tt or arms, etc. Any advice?
