Has anyone has any adverse side affects on Versaid ?

While Dr's were putting a filter in my calf for a blood clot and installing the central line so I could have Rny, I was given Versaid to help keep me comfortable. Instead, I freaked out and made them stop. The filter was put in but my Bi-pass has been cancelled for about 1 month. I was devistated but much safer this way. There has to be a way to make you more comfortable while preparations are made.
