Anyone have trouble with calcium pills...????

Every time I take calcium pills I get diariah horribly. I had a hysterectomy in 98 and was told to take them since then but still couldn't now it's even worse after this surgery. Is there something else I should be taking with them to help? It's bad enough you have to take vitamins everyday too. I need help!!!!
