Does anyone know of a good plastic surgeon for tummy tucks in the Portland, OR area?

I am 13 months post op and maybe 30-40 lbs to goal. I would like to begin researching my options for a tummy tuck. I don't think that insurance will pay, as my pannus is not very large at all. Has anyone in the Portland, OR area had this procedure and paid for it out of pocket? If so, how much did it cost total?
