Has anyone had problems with eating Thai food post-op?

I love the curries and noodle dishes. The noodles are made from rice flour, not wheat.. so I was wondering if they were easier to digest than spaghetti and italian pastas. The curry dish I like is made with coconut milk and comes with white rice - however there is ALOT of liquid in the curry, so I can use it to wet the rice and Im not concerned too much. But Im curious if anyone has had any experience with Thai food out there.
