Why do you sappose it cost so much more to have the surgery

I noticed that in some parts of the country members of this site say they pay from $12,00 to $l6,000 self pay . Here in Northern Calif. I was quoted $55,000 for self pay for a D.S procedure. Its shocking to me that there is such a big differents in price from state to state. Sheri Carson
