How many calories make 1 gram of fat??

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how many calories it takes to make 1 gram of fat? I bought this used stationary bike....and I dont have the manual for it....on the monitor it clearly states that for 1 hour I burn over 400 calories...but I would like to know how to convert that into fat grams burned.......thanks so much for your help! ~jenny~
