Does anybody have hills physcian medical group through cigna hmo plan

I need help finding people who have had success using hill physcian medical group in geting there surgery. I live in fremont CA, My doctors name in Dr MAHAL and am just need find someone who has this medical group through cigna or blue sheild. thanks sheri
