Any Medical Profs? Need help with results

I was wondering if any of you out there can help me. I'm in the medical field and know these results are not great. I'm 6 weeks post op and a UA today showed. Bilirubin = off the charts, Protein = +3, Ketones = small amount, Red blood = trace, Leuks = +2. What concerns me the most is the Bilirubin. Anyone have any idea what causes this? I do have an appt with my doctor on Saturday. Just wondered if I could get some ideas sooner. Thanks!
