How will I be able to clean myself when I go to the bathroom?

I already have a lot of problems washing certain places well and cleaning myself after going to the bathroom (because of my size I have a hard time reaching). I am very worried about when I am directly post-op how I will be able to do it with a long incision and maybe a binder...? PLEASE HELP. My surgery is coming up in 1.5 weeks!!!
