I need some help on food intake

I am 14 months post-op and am wondering how much the rest of you are able to eat... I started at 298 4/16/01 and am niow 166lbs. These last 10 lbs might kill me. I feel that I'm hungry quite a bit these days and can eat a normal meal. (well almost a normal meal) I would love some input please. Thank you all!!
