At 6 mnths out, i've lost 95 lbs. Will i continue to lose if i eat what i want ?

I do not eat wildly. I have however become more relaxed with my food. Im curious that after the first six months if i need to "diet" more to continue losing, or will it just continue like it has? I still have 50 more pounds to go. I have not as yet begun an excercise program.
