Can this mean a leak?

I am 14 days post-op, and have absoutely no energy. I am SO tired all the time, and am not losing any weight. I don't even feel like inches (i haven't measured). My clothes are just as tight as always. At support group they said being tired could be a sign of a leak. I'm just curious if it could still be the anesetic in me?
