Does anyone know anything about Dr. Joseph Chebli in the Northern Va. area?

My cousin wants to have WLS and qualifies. She has consulted with my surgeon, however, he is not participating with her insurance. My surgeon recommended Dr. Chebli to her as he is participating with her insurance. Please e-mail me with specifics. Thanks!
