I am looking for a high protein pancake

I was reading through the library and found a post where someone was wondering about eating pancakes at 3 weeks out. one of the answers was eat a high protein one and the poster said to go to Carbsmart.com to find a recipe where the pancake has 22 grams of protein. well i went there and didnt find that one but did find "atkins pancakes for one" it says it has 41 grams of protein in this one pancake. I tried the recipe and it rocks! I love it but am wondering if it really can have this much protein per pancake. the recipe only makes one cake. Here is the recipe. 1/4 c. atkins bake mix, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon heay cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt, i packet of splenda, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1/4 c teaspoom cinnnamon, 1/2 teaspoon maple extract. Can someone help me figure out if this actually has 41 grams of protein? the facts are 415 calories, 25 g fat, 41 g protein, 8 carbs, 2 grams of fiber. thanks.
