Has anyone had Dr. Zagorski yet?

I am still very new to this and I finally have my first appt with surgeon. I was wondering if anyone has had Dr. Zagorski yet. I've looked through all the postings and can't find anything. I hear he's new to Hawaii, and of course and skeptical. If I don't like him will Tri Care let me see a civilian doctor? My husband is an active duty marine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
