Post-op opinions needed on skin elasticity

What did your skin look like before surgery? Did anyone who has stretchmarks have their skin bounce back? I am 22 and my grandma insists that I won't have sagging skin because my stretchmarks that I once had are no longer visible, even though my stomach looks kind of bumpy pre-op. I'm not sure I agree with her and I was wondering what experiences you've had.
