Aetna MC POS special circumstances????

I only have tried fad diets and failed many, but dr said go on diabetic diet for while and didn't work, does this count as med supp. diet? I can't take diet pills due to seizures, but have other co morbid that count, will I still have a problem with Aetna? BMI 39.8, Deg. Disc disease, urinary incontinence, family history of obesity, heart, diabities, etc.
