Who has purchased the cookbook mentioned here, sold by Mitch Sivadon-Smith?

Someone mentioned this cookbook, made especially for WLS, made by Mitch SIvadon-Smith. I contacted him and found it's price is $25. I would like to hear from others prior to buying it. Is it worth it?
