Anyone know if Mass Health in the state Of Ma covers?

I looked through the questions and answers but didn't see anything related to Mass health in the state of Mass. At the time of my gastric bypass in 1999, I had insurance to cover the procedure. I am now in the process of trying to get Mass Health. Does anyone know if they cover any cosmetic procedures due to weight loss from this surgery? I was 227 before surgery and am now at 115. I want to find out if I would be covered for a TT and breast implants/lift (I was a 40dd and now 34b).I'm thinking they may not because I had different ins. when I had my bypass, but If anyone knows, please email me at: [email protected].
