Has anyone had the surgery and EVERYTHING went perfect?

It seems like everyone has a hard time with nausea, vomitting, depression ect. for about the first 3-6 months, but has anyone breezed through this without any complications or problems? Kinda like Labor, some have it real bad... and others have 30 min of mild labor pains, push for a min. or so then go home the next day like it never happend.
