For those of you who eat 4-6 meals a day: how much food per meal?

Hey all, For those of you who eat 4 to 6 meals in a day, how much food are you eating at each sitting? Is it like 2 oz or something each time? And can you specify how long post-op you are PLEASE AND THANK YOU!! LOL Thanx a bunch!
