Anyone know what to do about being hot & cold-I need help!!

I am three weeks post-op and can't sleep or even be comfortable because as soon as I get warm-I'm hot-take off covers and within a few minutes become cold-I have missed about 3 nights of sleep because of it and need some help-I don't have a temp at all and told the dr.-he said nothing! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
