How is this going to work out?!
Hi everyone! When you are drinking protein shakes are you supposed to be using them as a meal replacement? And are you supposed to drink like 8oz all at one time over a period of like 40 minutes?? If so......how are you supposed to do this as well as eat the rest of your meals throughout the day and drink all that water throughout the day?? Especially with such a small tummy!! It all seems like too much! How does it all work, where does it all go!! PLEASE, someone help me out on this one! Thanks!
