Has anyone had intestinal bypass surgury done and then reversed and been accepted

I had it done and when it was reversed I also had stomach stapling done, which failed 6months later. Recently I went to Dr Jossart for consultation and was told that due to the scaring that I would not be able to have the surgury done lap.
