Does anyone have problems with pain lying down? If so, please let me know.

I also have brochisitis, and back problems. But I have had ephedral blocks to stop the pain, but continue to hurt. I don't know whether, it is the excess skin or the back problems, please have an answer for me. If it is the skin, I believe that the insurance will pay for it. But when I look at myself, the skin doesn't look so back, but my primary doctor said that she could see why that would be a problem.
