I'd like to here from the RNY's about iron
I keep hearing that Iron Ferrous Sulfate is not the best thing for us to take. I am currently taking 28mg of iron ferrous sulfate in the a.m. with 500 mg. of vitamin C. Is this right. What's funny is, I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with it, but I get really dizzy really often and am always freezing. I also take a multi vitamin and 200 mg of B-12. Is this what I should be taking. I can honestly say that I don't feel like the most nutritionally sound indididual... FYI LAP RNY 4/16/01. Please let me know if what I'm doing is correct, if not all suggestions will be aknowledged. Thanks
