I'm 18 months post op, occasionally have unrelenting stomach pain.

Occasionally I have ab pain, under the rib cage, stomach area. I've had gall bladder removed already. Nothing seems to help, can't figure out if it's food related. I eat most everything. Feels like my ribs and the stomach area is bruised. It stays that way 4-5 days then goes away. I can't function during that time. It's intense. I don't have a supportive surgeon and he's too far away now. Please help.
